My biggest gripe about them is that they don't clean up their mess. I can understand not fixing something the first time, but they're so unprofessional when they don't even clean up their mess after they finish a job. Wouldn't ever use them on that part of their "work" alone.
These guys come do work on our AC at our office at work. They were there every few days for a while trying to get the AC to perform properly. After they finally threw enough parts at it, something worked out, but it would have been a lot easier to figure it out the first time and fix it right.

In July, 2016, my a/c quit running, so I called Shinnston Plumbing, and told them I needed help, the repairman was there within an hour, and it took him no time to get it running again! He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained what he did and what I might need in the future. Excellent service with a smile!!
