My husband hit a deer head on in our 1 week shy of a month 1st EVER brand new car. It was towed to Ricks collision and were told it would be fixed within. 2 weeks maybe a little more. Of weeks we have been told tomorrow,tomorrow,tomorrow!!!!!! My insurance only covers the first 30 days for a rental car. We have been paying not only a car payment for a car we don't even have but a 30 $ a day rental fee. I wouldn't take a matchbox car to this man ever again. They are crooks. In our Insurance if the car is over what it was purchased for we would have got a brand new car but it was just under so it had to be fixed. Well since then they keep adding up costs and getting supplemental pay from my insurance. Which now puts us over that point. They knew what they were doing. When I called to talk to Rick the lady told me he was out to lunch when the insurance called they said he was on vacation. When the insurance asked why certain parts weren't ordered until late they said that we drove our car home and never. Roughy it back until 2 weeks later. Well 1 st of all our car was not drivable and the adjuster was at their facility doing the inspection a couple days after we had it towed their. Idk what the hell their malfunction is but this is by far the shitiest place I have ever had to deal with in my life. They had made our excitement of owning our very 1st car with no cosigner and very hard earned car into a nightmare! I don't know how they can sleep at night. It makes me wonder how many other people they've screwed over. I think all these other good reviews were cones they made up themselves because I can't see them making anyone happy. And before someone goes on to say it was our fault we wrecked r car. Yes we passed a car on the interstate and just as we passed it the deer ran across hitting us head on. We all know that as an act of nature they can pop up out of nowhere. I'm writing this review so others won't get screwed over as we did. RICKS COLLISION CENTER IS A SCAM!!!!!

I have taken several of my vehicles plus my daughter’s to Rick’s throughout the years. Never had a problem with them and always have done great work. Once they got behind a bit but was not their fault. Good people.
